These terms and conditions create a contract between you and Beadiful vibes. Please read through the agreement carefully. To confirm your understanding and acceptance of the agreement, click "Pay when checking out"
No exchanges or refunds accepted on any product.
Beadwork:
If damaged has occurred upon receiving your item contact me via email beadiful.vibes@yahoo.com within 24 hours to discuss repairs.
Customer is responsible for shipping.
Please understand each piece will be unique with slight variation due to being hand made with love.
Because pieces are made to order the processing time is roughly 1-3 weeks. If longer, you will be notified via email.
If item is pre made please allow 3 days to process shipping.
Shipping labels are printed immediately after payment is processed but processing time remains the same 1-3 weeks.
Shipping address must be correct when payment is made. An additional $5 fee will be applied if change of address is requested. I am not responsible for any lost shipping due to wrong address.

Address must be correct when paying for products. If not correct, please contact Beadiful Vibes with the correct address within the first 24 hours to request a change. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG ADDRESSES WHEN SHIPPING.
If items are damaged upon receiving please contact Beadiful Vibes immediately. All items are packaged securely and photo is taken at the time of departure to note they are not sent damaged. Once Item is shipped I am no longer responsible for damaged occured in shipping process.
All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. If requested, Insurance can be included. Customer is responsible for request of insurance and extra cost at the time payment is made.
